Teen Patti Master APK on Uptodown: is it the same app?

No. The Teen Patti Master on Uptodown is a different app from the file on the official link. Uptodown lists "Teen Patti Master - Indian 3Patti Card Game online" from Pistalix Solution Pvt Ltd, version 0.0.4, dated 6 September 2021. Its developer, package name and size all differ from the current 63.8 MB APK. We compared the listings on 4 November 2026.

Uptodown's Teen Patti Master compared with the official file

The Uptodown file's 48.79 MB falls inside the 45 to 70 MB range that recent official builds have run, so size alone will not tell you which app you have. The package name is a better check. After installing, open Settings, then Apps, then the app's details, and read the package name if your phone shows it.

Will the Uptodown file update my Teen Patti Master app?

No. Android treats a file as an update only when its package name and signing certificate match the app already on the phone. This one has a different package name, so it installs as a second, separate app with its own icon. Your account, chips and settings stay with the app you already have, and you would have to register again in the new one.

If you want the current build, use the app's own update prompt or the official page. Our update guide covers the steps.

Can I get a Teen Patti Master old version from Uptodown?

Not of this app. Uptodown holds two builds under the listing, 0.0.3 from 30 August 2021 and 0.0.4 from 6 September 2021. Both belong to Pistalix's app, so neither is an earlier release of the file on the official link. Installing one gives you a five-year-old game from another developer.

People usually want an old version for an older phone, and the current APK already runs on Android 5.0. Our old version guide explains what to do on a low-end phone.

The same name on Softonic and APKPure

Uptodown is not the only site with this problem. Other APK sites list several apps called Teen Patti Master, each from a different developer:

The Softonic rows come from its pages on 4 November 2026. APKPure did not open from our connection in India that day, so its row comes from the listing shown in search results. None of these package names matches the file on the official link.

There is no single publisher behind the name. It is shared by many apps, so "Teen Patti Master" on a download site tells you only what the listing is called.

Are these files safe?

We did not download or scan these files, so we can't say. Uptodown publishes a SHA-256 hash and a security report for its copy, which shows the file you get is the one it scanned. That is useful, but it says nothing about who runs the game or what the app does with your phone number or money.

Before you install any Teen Patti Master APK from an APK site:

1. Read the developer name on the listing. If you don't recognise it, assume it is a different app.
2. Read the permissions Android shows. A card game needs internet access and has no use for SMS, contacts or Accessibility.
3. Never pay, share an OTP or enter a UPI PIN to unlock chips or a bonus.

Online money games have been banned in India since 1 May 2026 under the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025, so we don't recommend depositing in any of these apps. Our safety page covers what to do if you have already shared a code.
